Here at MUSAC, we are preparing for a big change – we will be implementing a new system for managing your membership or enrolment.
Why are we doing this?Self-managing your membership and enrolment is about to get so much easier – and we want to put you, the user, at the centre of your own MUSAC experience.
Our new user-friendly system is optimized for mobile and desktop, so you can use it on any device from the comfort of your home or the palm of your hand.
What does this mean for you?
When the time comes, you will be required to create a web account with your current email address to verify your pre-loaded profile details in the new system.
We’re getting everything ready on your behalf, so don’t sweat it. We’ll be in touch when we need you to do your part.
In addition to the system upgrade, we have reviewed our Terms and Conditions, and Conditions of Entry. At the time of creating your web account, after reviewing for yourself, you can simply tick a box to agree to these.
To make sure everything is right for you in the days leading up to our Go Live date, there will be a few services temporarily unavailable, which we will clarify closer to launch.
