Welcome back to programs - we hope you had a wonderful holiday season.
We would like to take this opportunity to remind you of our children's programs policies:
- All program enrolees MUST scan through the access gates at the front desk using their barcoded access card - If you do not have a card attached to your enrolment profile you will need to have one issued from the front desk.
- All children under the age of 15 MUST be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times while in the centre - If your child's lesson is missed or delayed due to the absence of a parent or guardian, your child will not be eligible for a makeup lesson.
- To avoid any contamination incidents in the Pools or Gymnastics Hall, please ensure that your child does not eat within 30 minutes of the beginning of their lesson.
- For the health and safety of other children and patrons, if your child is not well, including nausea or cold and flu symptoms, please keep them home. Click here to review our Sport programs make-up lesson policy.
- If you need to mark your child absent, please do so through the Online Members Portal. You will be eligible for a make-up lesson if you provide at least 2 hours' notice.
- The “Kiss n Ride” bay is for drop-off only. Please do not park here. When bringing your children for their lessons, please park in the West 5 and 6 or North 3 car parks - visit the front desk to register your vehicle for 2 hours’ free parking. You must then accompany your child at all times while they are in the centre.
- Please ensure your child is wearing appropriate clothing for the activity they are participating in:
- Swimming: Appropriate, well-fitting swimwear and all non-toilet trained children MUST wear a swim nappy.
- Gymnastics: Well-fitting and comfortable clothing that allows maximum range of movement
- Please ensure your child brings a water bottle to class with them and if they have long hair, it is tied up out of their face.
- Parents must NOT take photographs or video footage (including FaceTime or Video chat) of their children or others during Program lessons.
