Today we will focus on what stretches you can do when you're in a Zoom meeting — especially stretches which open your chest and reverse all that hunching and angry typing.

Stretch #1: intertwine your fingers and push your palms towards the roof. Keep your head and neck neutral and switch your abs on to ensure your back is protected!
Stretch #2: intertwine your fingers behind your back, and keeping your arms straight, try to drive your wrists as far away from your back as you can. This will open up your chest nicely!
Stretch #3: this will help lengthen your triceps and lats (the muscles that sit in your back, below your armpit). Ensure you breathe through this be sure you don't over stretch.
Stretch #4: be gentle with this one. Pop your hands in your lap, relax your shoulders, and carefully get your right ear as close to your right shoulder, without moving your shoulder. Repeat on the other side. Look up. Look down. Repeat.
