Upcoming Members BBQ
We’re firing up the BBQ again and you’re invited!
Join us on Wednesday, April 2nd, from 4 PM in the Health Club Courtyard for our Free Members BBQ.
Come down, grab a bite, and hang out with the MUSAC community. It’s the perfect chance to refuel, relax, and catch up with fellow members.
Whether you’re coming from a workout, a swim, or just stopping by, it's going to be a fun-filled afternoon.
We can't wait to see you there!
Water Safety Week
Water Safety Week will be taking place in Learn to Swim classes across Monday 7th April - Sunday 13th April 2025.
Students are encouraged to wear old clothes/PJs over their regular swimmers to simulate what it is like to swim if they accidentally fell into a body of water.
Classes this week focus on how to be safe around water, and what to do in an emergency in the water.
Photography and Videography Policy
A reminder to members and patrons that photography and videography (including Video Chat) is strictly prohibited throughout the centre.
Under no circumstances should a patron take a photo or video of themselves “selfie” or another patron in change rooms, the pools, the Sports Hall or Rec Hall, the Gymnastics Hall or in the Health Club.
This also applies to parents taking photos of their children in Learn to Swim or Gymnastics classes.
We thank you for your consideration of other patrons and thank you for helping to create a safe space for all.
Group Fitness No Entry After Warm Up Policy
To enhance safety and provide the best experience for participants, we are reminding patrons of the No Entry Once Warm-up has commenced policy for all Group Fitness classes.
Once the warm-up has commenced, late arrivals will not be permitted to join the class.
This policy is designed to reduce the risk of injury by ensuring all participants complete a proper warm-up, prevent disruptions to the class and instructor, and foster a more consistent and professional experience for everyone.
We kindly ask that all patrons respect this policy and our instructors. Please do not insist on being allowed into the class after the warm-up has started, as our instructors are responsible for upholding these guidelines to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all.
We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a safe and enjoyable environment. If you have any questions, please reach out to our team.
Social Session Booking Policy for Gold Members
We would like to remind all Gold Members that your membership includes one (1) Social Session per day. A Gold Membership does not provide access to both back-to-back sessions. If you wish to attend a second session on the same day, the applicable casual fee will apply to the second session.
Your first session must be booked online through the web portal. If you would like to attend a second session, you must visit reception after your first session to check availability and pay the casual fee. After paying the casual fee you will be issued a ticket, please present this to the Social Sport Officer to be granted entry.
All members must exit the hall between sessions, and remaining in the halls will not be permitted.
To ensure fairness for all members, and increase opportunities for more people to play, staff and security will be monitoring compliance with this policy.
We appreciate your cooperation in following these procedures and helping us maintain an enjoyable experience for everyone.
Disabled Parking Spaces are for Permit Holders Only
We have seen an increase in the use of disabled parking spaces by individuals without a valid disability permit.
These spaces are strictly reserved for those who require them, and we ask all members to respect this to ensure fair and accessible parking for those who need it most.
To address this issue, security has increased monitoring of the disabled parking area and will continue to issue fines to those parked without a valid permit.
We appreciate your cooperation in keeping our centre accessible for everyone.
As always, if you have any feedback for us, we would love to receive it – the good, the bad and the ugly.
If you have a submission you’d like to make about how we can improve our facility or our services, feel free to share via the online feedback form.
And don’t forget to follow us on Instagram and Facebook for updates.
