About me
I’ve been in the Fitness Industry for more than 25 years, working in many diverse fields from large chains to small studios and running my own PT business. I’ve worked in a bodybuilding gym for two years, an amazing experience. Helped disadvantaged people achieve small things that changed their lives like being able to walk to their mailbox, cook a meal, or go upstairs to visit the top ½ of their house. I’ve worked with Children, being one of the pioneer trainers who worked at Next Generation when they launched their children’s weightlifting machines programme with John Howard. I spent six years working in ladies' gyms, doing circuits and classes, watching ladies perform amazing things, create bonds of compassion that empower them to greatness. My experience is diverse, and I believe we are all different and we all can achieve what we set out to, if we really want it and if we have the support, encouragement and assistance to get there – however it all starts and ends with you.

About me
After working more than 45 years in the IT industry, I took up a new career in fitness training. I am well aware of the needs of older folks who look to stay fit and productive. I have a keen interest in making sure members have a strong back after years of sitting behind a computer, as well as if they should have a need, how to 'fall' to limit injuries. I've also been a Judo athlete, coach, and now administrator in Judo Australia for as many years. I also believe in back to basics and to stay away from fads and trendy exercises. Hope to make your acquaintance.

About me
Growing up with two brothers, we played any sport we could get our hands on, but my first love was soccer. Living near the beach, my focus soon turned to surfing, to which I am still addicted. I’ve spent most of my adult life living and working in and amongst different countries and cultures, teaching and doing community-centred work. As I get older, my active life has since centred around maintaining my ability to stay strong and flexible, so I can continue to surf into old age. I’m a vegetarian and love travel, my family, my wife and my fluffy, naughty cat.

About me
I've been around the movement pretty much my whole life. I started competitive gymnastics at a very young age, even currently competing in many national and even a few international competitions. Training, body awareness and learning how the body works have always been second nature to me. Growing up in the sport has also taught me discipline, resilience, and how important it is to look after your body, not just push it. Outside of training, you'll usually catch me either out at the beach, hanging with friends, watching a good movie or listening to music. I love helping people of all ages and abilities to feel more comfortable with exercise and more confident in what their bodies can do. Please don't be shy to come say hi or ask me about anything, I'm always happy to have a chat!
