Our personal trainers are registered fitness professionals, equipped with specialised knowledge, and excited to help you achieve your health and fitness goals.
Macquarie University Sport and Aquatic Centre (MUSAC) offers individual training sessions. These sessions are available to our Health Club members and patrons aged 16 years and older.

I have worked in almost every industry at one point. I was part of special segment on a kids TV show when I was young. I have dived with sharks (voluntarily).
What is the strangest thing you've ever eaten?
Dried jellyfish in Thailand when I was feeling adventurous.

Go on a ski trip – but I'm also not fond of the cold.
