On-going and periodic programs to give your health, fitness and wellness the edge.

Macquarie University Sport and Aquatic Centre (MUSAC) provides both on-going and periodic program offerings.

All fitness programs delivered by our Fitness Australia qualified Personal Trainers in a fun, safe and inclusive small group environment.

MAC40 - small group training

MAC40 is an on-going high-intensity, functional and results-drive small group training offering delivered by our qualified Personal Trainers.

The Gold membership offering provides unlimited access to four class options offered across 6 days.

Each session is 40-minutes or less in duration and comes with optional monthly testing so you can measure your progress - making it the perfect option for time-poor student and working professionals.

MAC Fusion

Full body conditioning with a mix of cardio based intervals and strength training, ideal for the first timer and experienced exerciser. Expect your heart rate to rise with wall balls, deadballs, airbikes, ski ergs, dumbbells, kettlebells and more.

Spin and Strength

Speed focused intervals in the cycle studio with a 50:50 split between spinning and high rep free weight exercises on the gym floor. High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) without the impact.

MAC Station

Circuits. Whole body circuit training with a variety of different stations focused on select movements and strictly timed intervals, designed to keep your heart rate up.

Sprint and strength

Treadmills and dumbbells. Expect a 50:50 sprints/weights split between cardio machines and free weight strength exercises. This High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) session will have you feeling the burn.

Sun's out, guns out

Bootcamp. Enjoy the fresh air and sun in this outdoor session where you will complete a mix of weighted and bodyweight exercises.
