No matter your membership package, we want you to be able to manage your membership your way.
Access the online membership portal, view our live timetables and current availabilities, and navigate the quick links for news and important membership information.
Online member portal
The online portal allows members to:
- book group fitness classes
- book courts
- suspend and cancel memberships
- pay account arrears
- update your payment details.
To access the membership portal, members must first set up an account by following these steps:
- Visit the membership portal login page.
- Enter your email address as the username*.
- Enter 'mqsport4' as your password.
- Your verification password will be instantly emailed to you**.
- Enter your verification password from the email received and you will be prompted to select a new password.
- Enjoy the benefits of managing your membership.
*If you don't remember the email address you provided upon sign up, please contact our member engagement team on +61 (2) 9850 7636.
**Be sure to check your spam/junk email folder as it may go there by mistake.
New Member? If you don’t have a current membership profile or if you don't have/know your password, please click the 'forgotten password' link so you can access the online membership portal to set up your new membership.

Requesting changes to your membership
If you wish to request a change to your membership, please read the information below:
Did you know as a current member you can suspend your membership up to 84-days per calendar year? Whether you're taking a much needed holiday or just need a break, you can request a membership suspension through the Online Portal.
Our friendly Customer Service Team will confirm once your request has been processed.
Want more control over your membership inclusions? You can modify your membership at any time by completing the membership modification form.
Requests will come into effect for the following direct debit cycle.

We hate to see anyone leave! If you simply need a break we recommend suspending your membership by completing the following form.
We're always keen to know what might be driving your decision to leave. If there is a service offering or experience you believe we don't offer or that you haven't enjoyed, we might be able to remedy it for you. Please share your feedback via the Digital Feedback Form and we will respond within three business days.
However, if it's truly time for you to go we ask that you cancel your membership through the Online Portal. You will receive a confirmation email stating your final debit date, final debit amount, and last day to use facilities. All cancellation requests require 14-days notice.
