Our No towel, no train policy

MUSAC requires that all members train with their own towel.

If you forget your own towel, a limited number of towels are available to borrow from the Health Club desk. These towels need to be returned at the end of your workout so they can be washed. Alternatively, you can purchase a towel for $7.00 at the Health Club desk or Front Reception Desk.

Thank you for training with a towel.

Our new Digital Feedback Form

As we strive to continuously improve our facility and our services, we encourage you to provide your feedback – the good, the bad and the ugly.

We have made it easier for you to provide your feedback by creating a digital feedback form, accessible from any device.

If you notice the new signage around the centre, feel free to scan the QR code and complete the form. If online forms aren’t for you, we still have paper Feedback Forms available at the Front Reception Desk.

We appreciate you taking time to provide your feedback and we look forward to improving your experience.
