Catering for all levels of fitness

Group Fitness sessions come in a range of intensity levels, impact, speed, and choreography — all designed to maximize your fun and help you achieve your results.

Members and patrons are kindly reminded to arrive to their class at least five minutes before the start time. This is to allow for set up and for classes to start on time.

Class

Description

Aqua

A fusion of aerobic training, toning and conditioning in a non-impact environment. Great for joint weakness, impact related problems and pregnancy. A low to moderate intensity cardiovascular workout that uses resistance tools like water dumbbells and noodles. Swimming costume required.

  • Specialty — low impact and intensity. Suitable for rehabilitation and general fitness.

Barre

Experience the elegance and strength of ballet fused with the intensity of a full body workout in our barre class. Inspired by classical ballet techniques using weight plates and resistance bands, this workout is designed to sculpt and tone muscles, enhance mobility and improve posture.

  • Dance – Low to medium intensity dance-based program for all levels.

BODYATTACK®

A sports-inspired cardio workout by Les Mills. Build your strength and through high-energy interval training combined with athletic aerobic movements. You’ll improve your speed, agility and aerobic training with powerful and inspiring music motivating you to reach your fitness goals.

  • Active — medium impact and intensity. Suitable for beginner to intermediate fitness.
  • High Intensity — high impact and intensity with low impact options available.

BODYBALANCE®

A fusion of Yoga, Tai Chi and Pilates style workout set to music. Build flexibility and strength though controlled breathing, concentration, and a carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance.

  • Mind/Body — low impact flexibility training and stretching. All fitness levels.
BODYCOMBAT®

Inspired by martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as Karate, Boxing, Taekwondo, Tai Chi and Muay Thai. You’ll strike, punch, kick and kata your way through calories to superior cardio fitness.

  • Active — medium impact and intensity. Suitable for beginner to intermediate fitness.
  • High Intensity — high impact and intensity with low impact options available.

BODYPUMP®

The original barbell workout by LES MILLS. Improve strength and endurance in your major muscle groups whilst sculpting the body and getting fitter. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout.

  • Strength — low impact and medium to high intensity resistance based. Suitable for beginner to intermediate fitness.

BODYSTEP®

The ultimate step workout by LES MILLS. Performing basic pre choreographed step movements on, around and over your step to fun pop music! You’ll push fat-burning systems into high gear! ‘Athletic’ will push fat burning systems into high gear and ‘Classic’ flava tracks will have you grooving away.

  • Active — medium impact and intensity. Suitable for beginner to intermediate fitness.
  • High Intensity — high impact and intensity with low impact options available.

LESMILLS CORE®

A 30 minute core focused workout by LES MILLS. You’ll work with resistance tubes, weight plates, as well as body weight exercises to strengthen your abs, glutes and back. All the moves in CXWORX have options, so it’s challenging but achievable for your own level of fitness.

  • Active — medium impact and intensity. Suitable for beginner to intermediate fitness.

Cycle30

An express freestyle class that requires no coordination. This indoor riding experience will improve your cardio fitness, burn hundreds of calories and sculpt your quads, hamstrings and glutes. You’ll be lead on a journey by the Instructor through self-choreographed terrain to high energy music.

  • Active — medium impact and intensity. Suitable for beginner to intermediate fitness.
  • High Intensity — high impact and intensity with low impact options available.
Fit4Life

Fit 4 Life classes are most suitable for seniors and entry level participants returning to fitness or as part of a rehabilitation program. The class incorporates simple cardio and resistance exercises designed to increase muscular strength, improve range of movement and coordination for daily activities.

  • Specialty — low impact and intensity. Suitable for rehabilitation and general fitness.

Pilates

A workout designed to optimize your muscle strength, flexibility and endurance. Encompassing a total body conditioning method that simultaneously strengthens and stretches your entire body, Pilates will help you increase your abdominal, hip and back strength, improve your posture and help reduce daily stress and tension.

  • Mind/Body — low impact flexibility training and stretching. All fitness levels.

RPM®

A pre-choreographed indoor cycling workout where you will ride to the rhythm of powerful music. Take on the terrain with an inspiring team coach who leads the pack through hills, flats, mountain peaks, time trials and interval training. Set your own pace or discover the athlete within and reach your endorphin high! For new participants, please arrive 5-10 minutes early so your instructor can demonstrate how to safely set up your bike so you may ride at ease.  A new RPM class is released every three months with new music and choreography.

Salsa

Dance patterns, figures, techniques, and styling taught to your level, beginner to intermediate. We have many fun figures, techniques, and styling tips to share with you and will provide you with the necessary skills to enable you to master new dance patterns.

  • Dance — low, medium to high intensity dance based programs. All fitness levels.
STRONG Nation™

Combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move. Every squat, every lunge, every burpee is driven by the music, helping you make it to that last rep, and maybe even five more.

  • Active — medium impact and intensity. Suitable for beginner to intermediate fitness.
  • High Intensity — high impact and intensity with low impact options available.

Superbox

A physical workout which incorporates boxing and aerobic drills based on the training methods boxers engage in to stay super fit. This workout does not involve actually hitting anyone (or being hit)! A typical class will involve hitting pads, punching bags, skipping, push ups, sit ups and sprints, offering people with little-to-no boxing skill to experience the benefits from the fitness the sport can bring.  You will be educated on punching techniques and footwork and improve your punching power, hand-eye coordination, cardiovascular fitness, and leave feeling powerful!

  • Active — medium impact and intensity. Suitable for beginner to intermediate fitness.
  • High Intensity — high impact and intensity with low impact options available.

Yoga

A slow-paced class with simple stretches and basic Yoga poses to help strengthen the body, improve flexibility and calm your mind through flow of movement to the breath. Yoga can enhance a healthy spine, improve digestion and help relieve stress.

  • Mind/Body — low impact flexibility training and stretching. All fitness levels.

Zumba

Ditch the workout and join the party! Dance like nobody is watching - or like everybody is watching! Zumba classes include several dance styles such as salsa, cumbia, reggaetón, belly dance, samba and hip hop, which work every muscle in your body. Zumba is easy to follow, fun and effective - and it is our most popular program so be sure to book early!

Remember:

  • A sweat towel is required for every class. We recommend you bring a large one.
  • You must bring your own mat for Body Balance, Pilates and Yoga classes.
  • Arrive at your class at least five minutes before the start time.
  • Allow time to set up and clean your equipment before and after each class.
