Catering for all levels of fitness

Group Fitness sessions come in a range of intensity levels, impact, speed, and choreography – all designed to maximise your fun and help you achieve your results.

Members and patrons are kindly reminded to arrive to their class at least five minutes before the start time. This is to allow for set up and for classes to start on time.

Class

Description

Aqua Aerobics

A low‑impact, water‑based cardio and strength workout designed to improve fitness, mobility and muscular endurance while minimising joint stress. Using the natural resistance of water, participants perform full‑body movements supported by energising music and coaching. Suitable for all fitness levels, with options provided to adjust intensity and range of motion.

BODYATTACK™

A high‑energy cardio workout that builds stamina, agility and athletic fitness through running, jumping and dynamic bodyweight movements. Designed to suit a range of abilities, instructors provide options to increase or reduce impact so participants can train at their own level. Expect motivating music, interval‑based training and powerful coaching.

BODYBALANCE™

A low‑impact, mind‑body workout inspired by yoga, Tai Chi and Pilates that improves flexibility, balance and functional strength. The class features flowing sequences, controlled poses and guided breathing set to calming music. Suitable for all fitness levels, with options available throughout to support comfort and control.

BODYCOMBAT™

A non‑contact, martial‑arts‑inspired cardio workout that improves fitness, coordination and strength. Punch, kick and strike through powerful movement combinations set to driving music. Instructors provide clear options to manage intensity and impact, making the class suitable for all fitness levels.

BODYPUMP™

A full‑body strength workout using barbells and high‑repetition training to build muscular endurance and tone. Each class targets all major muscle groups with structured lifting sequences performed to motivating music. Participants choose their own weights, making this class suitable for beginners through to experienced lifters.

BODYPUMP HEAVY™

A strength focused workout designed to help you build muscle and confidence lifting heavier weights. Using slower, controlled movements and fewer repetitions, this class allows time to focus on technique with expert coaching and rest between sets. Structured and progressive, it supports safe strength gains in a motivating group environment.

LESMILLS CORE™

A targeted strength workout focused on the muscles that support the spine and pelvis, including the abdominals, glutes and lower back. Exercises are performed standing and on the floor using controlled, functional movements. Suitable for all fitness levels, with options provided to progress or simplify exercises.

LES MILLS SHAPES™

A low‑impact strength and mind‑body workout that blends Pilates, barre and power yoga‑inspired movements. Using small, controlled, high‑repetition exercises, the class emphasises posture, alignment and time under tension. Suitable for all fitness levels, with technique‑based options to adjust the challenge.

Fit4Life

A functional fitness class designed to improve strength, balance, mobility and confidence in everyday movement. Exercises focus on practical movement patterns and coordination, delivered in a welcoming and supportive environment. Low‑impact and beginner-friendly, with adaptable options for a wide range of abilities and fitness levels.

Pilates

A low‑impact, technique‑focused class designed to improve core stability, posture and overall body control. Exercises emphasise precise movement, alignment and breathing to strengthen deep stabilising muscles. Suitable for all fitness levels, with progressions and regressions provided by instructors.

RPM™

A coach‑led indoor cycling workout that builds cardiovascular fitness and endurance through a journey of flats, climbs, sprints and intervals. Participants control resistance and pace, making the class accessible and challenging for all fitness levels. This low‑impact workout is set to motivating music and strong coaching.

SuperBox

A high-energy, boxing-inspired fitness class focused on cardiovascular conditioning, power and coordination. Participants work through punch combinations, footwork and conditioning drills using boxing gloves and pads for a dynamic, full-body workout. This non-contact class is suitable for all fitness levels, with coaching and options provided to adjust intensity.

Yoga

A low impact, mind–body class focused on improving flexibility, strength, balance, and relaxation through controlled movement and breathwork. Classes include a mix of held postures and gentle flowing sequences, with inclusive coaching and options for all levels. You’ll leave feeling calm, grounded, and re energised.

  • Equipment: Yoga mat; blocks and straps optional

Zumba®

A high‑energy dance fitness workout that combines Latin and global rhythms with easy‑to‑follow choreography. This fun, inclusive class improves cardiovascular fitness, coordination, and overall endurance while feeling more like a party than a workout. Suitable for all fitness levels.

If you need to cancel, please do this in advance via the online members portal, clicking the relevant admission, and selecting Remove Admission.

Remember:

  • A sweat towel is required for every class. We recommend you bring a large one.
  • You must bring your own mat for Body Balance, Pilates and Yoga classes.
  • Arrive at your class at least five minutes before the start time.
  • Allow time to set up and clean your equipment before and after each class.
