Reformer Pilates strengthens, stretches and stabilises using a specially designed machine. It will help you build strength, improve mobility and refine movement with precision.

With adjustable resistance, Reformer Pilates supports greater muscle engagement, improves flexibility and builds core control through smooth, controlled movements tailored to your body.

Class descriptions

  • Intro is an entry-level class, perfect for those who are brand new to Reformer or looking for a gentler pace. You’ll learn how to correctly set up your Reformer bed, understand the springs and mechanisms, and practice foundational moves commonly featured in Reformer classes.
  • Classic is a steady, moderate-paced class that follows a traditional Reformer flow. Incorporates props to enhance your workout and focuses on building strength, flexibility and control.
  • Athletic is a high-energy, fast-paced class designed for those with prior Reformer experience. This class introduces dynamic movements, including the use of Reformer jump boards, for an exhilarating and challenging workout.

If you're attending your first Reformer Pilates class, we recommend arriving at least 10 minutes early so you can:

  • meet the instructor
  • get help setting up your reformer bed
  • ask any questions and get comfortable before the class begins.

For hygiene and safety, all participants must:

  • wear grip socks, which help with stability and prevent slipping
  • bring a towel, which is essential for keeping equipment clean and dry.
