This class focuses on flexibility, mobility, and movement awareness, keeping you in continuous motion for a seamless, energizing workout. Our instructors adapt to all levels, so you’ll feel confident and supported throughout your session.
- Sculpt is designed to help you build strength and endurance through controlled, deliberate movements. Using variable spring resistance and longer holds, this class targets major muscle groups and stabilizers for a powerful, full-body challenge. Perfect for anyone looking to feel stronger and more energized—our instructors will guide you every step of the way and adapt to all levels, ensuring a safe and effective workout for everyone.
If you're attending your first Reformer Pilates class, we recommend arriving at least 10 minutes early so you can:
- meet the instructor
- get help setting up your reformer bed
- ask any questions and get comfortable before the class begins.
For hygiene and safety, all participants must:
- wear grip socks, which help with stability and prevent slipping
- bring a towel, which is essential for keeping equipment clean and dry.
